Te Kura o Ōpāwaho - Opawa School Home & School Committee (HAS)

Te Kura o Ōpāwaho - Opawa School has an active Home & School (HAS) Committee made up of whānau/parents and staff representatives who are keen to make a positive difference in the school community.

HAS organises a range of fun events throughout the year, including:
·         Community picnics at the start and end of the year
·         Weekly lunchtime sausage sizzles during winter
·         Other popular events, such as an annual Big Breakfast and Bingo Night
·         Fundraisers

The HAS team meets once or twice a term – come along and help us plan our events, meet other parents, and share some kōrero and kai. If you’re interested in joining, please email [email protected] or keep an eye on the school newsletter and Facebook page for our next meeting date. Everyone’s welcome!
